Dr.
Jack
Apsche
received
his
doctorate
in
Psychological
Studies
and
Counseling
Psychology
at
Temple
University.
He is
a
licensed
Psychologist
in
Pennsylvania
and a
Licensed
Clinical
Psychologist
in
Virginia.
He is
board
certified
five
times
by the
American
Board
of
Professional
Psychology
in
Clinical
Child
Psychology
and
Adolescent,
Clinical,
Counseling,
as
well
as
Cognitive,
and
Behavioral,
and
Group
Psychology.
Dr.
Apsche
has
published
numerous
articles,
written
book
chapters
and he
is the
author
of
several
books.
He has
testified
in
court
in
high
profile
murder
cases,
such
as the
Commonwealth
v Gary
Heidnik.
He
maintains
an
active
practice
of
forensic
cases
involving
adolescents.
Dr.
Apsche
developed
MDT to
answer
the
problem
of
treating
complex
adolescents.
These
oppositional
and
difficult
to
treat
adolescents
have
not
had a
specific
evidenced
based
psychotherapy
until
MDT
was
developed.
Dr.
Apsche
serves
on the
editorial
board
of the
International
Journal
of
Behavioral
Consultation
and
Therapy
(IJBCT)
and
the
journal
of the
Behavior
Analyst
Today
(BAT).
He has
also
been
published
in the
Journal
of
Early
and
Intensive
Behavior
Intervention.
Dr.
Apsche
continues
to
make
his
career
in
treating
those
adolescents
who
have
been
unsuccessfully
treated
by
medication
and
other
psychotherapies.
